Rental Requirements
- All renters must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued identification.
- A signed rental agreement is required before equipment is released.
- A deposit may be required based on the type of machinery rented.
Rental Period
- Rental periods are calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Late returns will incur additional charges as per the agreed rental rate.
- Early returns may not be eligible for refunds unless prior arrangements are made.
Equipment Condition
- All equipment is inspected before rental and must be returned in the same working condition.
- The renter is responsible for basic maintenance during the rental period (e.g., checking fluids, fuel, etc.).
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.
Fuel Policy
- Equipment must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
- A refueling charge will apply if returned with less fuel.
Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and safe for delivery and operation.
Use of Equipment
- Machinery must only be used for its intended purpose and operated by trained individuals.
- Subleasing or transferring equipment to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Liability & Insurance
- The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
- Proof of liability insurance may be required for certain high-value or heavy-duty machinery.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Safety Compliance
- All operators must comply with local safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Equipment must not be used in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Termination of Rental
- We reserve the right to terminate any rental agreement if the equipment is misused or if payment terms are violated.
